that would work and satisfy the commission. I'm not a promoter
who forces his injured wrestlers to wrestle and to be quite honest
I'd rather Cody sit out, heal up and come back 100%".

opponent will be coming to the ring and adressing the situation some
time during the show tomarrow night".

Cody Lawrence, whether he'll be at the Bragging Rights

down from usual numbers but it's football season so

"Our top story in our mid-day report is the appearance in U.S.
District Court today of Eddie Gordon, the promoter and owner
of the Extreme Wrestling Alliance whose show appears on our
sister station, WGN America every Saturday Night. I was at the
Dirksen Federal Building and Eddie was to appear in front of
Judge Michael Bolan because of an injunction filed on behalf of
the World Wrestling Entertainment group. The injunction is on
the airing on our Sister Station of an event the EWA is having
called 'Bragging Rights'. Which is scheduled to air on Satruday
Night September 26th".
"Legel represenitives from the World Wrestling Entertainment
argued that the use of the name Bragging Rights was an infraction
of their intellectual property as they have a scheduled Pay Per View
under the same name. Mr. Gordon argued that their event isn't a
Pay perview, it's a tv special to air on our sister station and this was
planned well in advance of WWE changing the names to their own
pay perviews. Mr. Gordon provided evidence to back up his argument
and said the EWA Arena event is sold out and an injunction to stop
this event would effect not only advertising for the company but also
advertising for WGN TV as sponsers have paid to have it a commercial
free event and it wouldn't be fair to the fans of Chicago and the viewing
audience at home who are looking forward to tuning in to watch the event".
"Judge Bolan went into his chambers to consider an immediate decisioon,
he came back into the court room twenty minutes later and ruled in favor of
Eddie Gordon and the EWA. Stating and I quote, 'The owner of the Extrme
Wrestling Alliance has provided more than enough evidence to ebstansiate
the fact their event was planned before the WWE changed the names of their
Pay Per Views, it is in the best interest for all involved including the fans the
company and the television station this event will air on to have this event move
forward as planned. I rule that this event will move forward as planned and any
further legal action on this matter can take place after this event is held'.
"Legal Represenitives for the WWE had no comment as they left the court house
But Eddie Gordon had this to say when he walked out of the court room".
"This is a victory for my company yes but it's also a victory to every employee on
my roster and most of all to the wrestling fans who want to see a more diverse
wrestling community. Our television ratings surpass the WWE in every area including
the show they broadcast on the same station my company's show does. This was just
an act to try and bully the little guy because of the momentum my company has had since
we first started airing on WGN. The little guy fought back and like the little engine that
could, we did. So now that this matter is settled on the level that the WWE had brought it we
now can move forward and continue on track to have this event happen as it's meant
to be".
"So there you have it, Judge Michael Bolan ruled in favor of the EWA and their event on
Saturday September 26th 'Bragging Rights' will air as planned. You could say that after

This past Saturday Night's Shotgun show did a 4.5 which
I'm happy with because we're above everyone else again
with the most top rated show in wrestling.
We had legit fans hop the rail saturday night and WWE
has to 'plant' a fan. they can't even copy what we do right
and flop it all over the place when they try. no 8 second
matches here in the EWA unlike a a certain very recent
Pay Per View people bought, Nice you spend all that cash
to see a great matchup last a long 8 seconds. Hell of an
investment don't you think?

I was able to post bail for both Chris Venom and Frank Bronson. Someone with a cell phone called the police when they saw them fighting in the street. because they're both from out of state they kept them over night.

Nice writing from a bunch of people, it's alittle different than previous weeks but everything was accomplished that was supposed to be.
As of now the EWA won't be accepting anymore applications. We have a full
enough roster and can do alot with what we have. All the big mouths have
had their chance to step up and back it up but most now just chicken out.
So now that we have plenty, we don't need 100 or so people because

After some negociations between a mamber of this fed and a
member of the NLWF we have come to terms to find out who's
wrestlers are better than who's. So one or more will be coming
to the EWA.
I took down most of the negative stuff against them so let
the games begin.
I'd like to give a belated welcome to another recent addition, 'Revolution' Chris Venom.
I believe our roster is as full as we personally want it to be so after this
weekend we won't be looking at anymore applications. with the 'name' talent
I'll be bringing in with who we have here. We have plenty to make this an action
packed fed so again, after this weekend, no new applications will be accepted.
Tomarrow(Thrusday Night) I will have an exclusive interview with Sean
Waltman about his upcoming match here in the EWA against Solution.
Rumors have it the new manager on the scene here Hershe has been
making many inquiries to certain wrestlers and may be quickly adding
others to go along side Master of Disaster. Word is this Saturday Night
on Shotgun Saturday Night some announcement will be made.
And if I can secure the legal right to air it, an incident happened to a
member of the No Limits Wrestling Federation. There was an altercation
between a member of that federation and someone from this company.
I've seen the cell phone footage and it's graphic in nature and if I can
legally have it aired, it'll be aired before the show saturday night. All I
can say at this point is that the certain wrestler in NLWF caqme out on
the bad end of the stick. Charges may be pending but This wrestler in
NLWF who very recently wasn't even acknowledging the storyline he
was in in NLWF crosed paths with 'someone' from the EWA and, all I
ca say right now is, when he crossed paths with a certain EWA wrestler,
he didn't fair too well.,

The victory over all the major talent there our talent has had which forced them to go out
of business..means we can fly this flag proudly as well. GCW, HWA, WWKF and punking NLWF,
who's the baddest, toughest fed around and why are we...We accept this win and continue our celebration.
After much discussion with some of the roster in EWA, and after both Matthews backing down and yet another ban put in place by NLWF last night.
We're officially done with NLWF. Their actions show the true colors over any rating they may have. Our victory over them is undisputed based on the very actions of Chuck Backing down, along with another ban put in place by them. If they were truly serious about being any kind of 'competition' to anybody, they wouldn't have done what they did, so instead of stepping up, they've stepped back and hide behind everything they can grasp onto.
If the members of NLWF that did sign up don't sign an actual contract and rp by 10 PM tonight(which was announced late last night on our own board), then they'll be eliminated from our roster as their admission of a submission to EWA.
We have another group that will be working with us based on the fact we've made more of a name for ourselves beased on NLWF's backstepping actions. so Since EWA has officiaslly taken the victory over NLWF, we now will move on to better things than the NLWF.
NLWF issued another ban as of two minutes ago, thus ending all of
Demetrius Randall"s arguments. So we have an undisputed win again
over them.
also if the 3 MLWF guys that joined don't sign a contract and rp insome form by
midnight tonigt, then I will take that as they weren't serious about proving themselvesd
and that will be consider the ultimate win over them, especially now that another fed
has expressed huge interest in working with us because of all the heat we've thrown at NLWF. so we have a legit rep for making NLWF hide behind bans and making a member
of their roster backstep. Thanks NLWF, your pussy moves just gave us validated credibility.
Watching Demetrius Randall run from one top site to another to another
to try and catch up with everything I say there is so funny, it's like I have little demitri the poodle chasing me.

Watching him run rampant being the spokesperson for the backed down chuck matthews is a riot. I didn't know I had that much power over Demetrius Randall but I see I do the way I make him run and run, and riun again, LOL!
For all of Chuck Matthews's Talk all over the NLWF board. when he was called out
to face someone here...he promptly punked out with excuses.
So no matter what they say or claim now...we have another legit victory over them by making one of their main men, Chuck Matthews, punk out like alittle jailhouse bitch.
EWA 1000, NLWF-0 we're still batting a thousand at clocking them every day with
no real retaliation coming from them. sooner or later we'll get bord of bitchslapping them on a daily basis.

Three people from NLWF did join. Unfortunately their fed still insists on having an ip ban in place so now, it doesn't make their bragging look very good when they hide behind a ban and then hide behind editing one's post. Only a ereal lame wimp has to do that and unfortunately, someone in power there (their GM Cyrus maybe?) shows as a represenitive for the whole fed that the fed, has wimps in it. hiding behind a ban still, will always validate that point easily.
I convinced Eddie Gordon to issue the challenge once again to the NLWF and two people accepted. So..since this week's show is locked up for matches. any rp's they do will go towards next week's show.
I'll be deleting alot of the anti NLWF stuff here too. That way we can stick to what it's
about, rping.

Last Night's "Best of the BOTD" show hit an amazing 5.0 on the ratings for WGN America. Can you imagine what a new Shotgun Saturday Night show will bring with a rating like that?
